Although I have been creating recipes for myself for as long as I can remember, it wasn’t until I led a team in launching a food blog for Fisher & Paykel Appliances 15 years ago that I was lucky enough to call it work! Since then I have regularly contributed to some of New Zealand’s most loved print titles including Cuisine, Nadia Journal, Life & Leisure, Stuff and Sunday Magazine. My clients also include Aoraki Salmon, Marcel’s Pancakes, Green Meadows Beef, Barker’s and Egmont Honey.
