I’ve developed recipes for 15 years and regularly contribute to New Zealand print titles including Cuisine, Nadia Journal, Life & Leisure, Stuff and Sunday Magazine. My clients include Aoraki Salmon, Marcel’s Pancakes, Green Meadows Beef, Barker’s and Egmont Honey. I create simple yet flavourful and delicious seasonal recipes using local ingredients. Combined with food styling, photography and videography, I offer end-to-end food content creation.
